Full Steam

A full function oven and steamer in one

With all the benefits of a conventional oven, the NEFF Full Steam range also comes equipped with its namesake 100% pure steam function, Steam Jet and Added Steam capabilities – for three distinct methods of cooking in a single appliance.

Full Steam ovens can be used as a pure steamer and is equipped with all of the heating functions of a conventional hot air oven. The new intensive steam at 120 degrees heat, retains your ingredient’s nutrients and taste for deliciously moist and flavoursome meats. It also helps to keep your oven cavity dryer, making cleaning seamless.

Full Steam is great for things like risottos, dumplings, fish, and bakes.

Added Steam

Automatically adds steam to conventional heating functions

Added Steam gives dishes just the right amount of moisture by adding steam at three intensity levels, meaning all your dishes retain their gorgeous colour and flavour. A low level is perfect for reheating a dish you’ve cooked earlier; a higher level is great for baking bread.

Added steam is perfect for:

• Bread Baking: The moisture and humidity from steam provides the ideal environment for proving and a beautiful crust and crumb while baking.

• Meat & Poultry: Adding steam will produce tender and juicy meats while still maintaining a crispy and golden brown finish.

• Bakes & Pastries: Produce golden brown yet delicious and moist cakes and bakes with the addition of steam.
